Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs announce a new enterprise AI services company

Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs announced the formation of a new AI services company focused on bringing Claude into the core operations of mid-sized companies across sectors.

Anthropic says Applied AI engineers from the company will work alongside the new firm’s engineering team to identify operational use cases, build custom Claude-based systems, and support customers over the long term. Anthropic says the new company is also backed by General Atlantic, Leonard Green, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.

The announcement says the firm will focus on customers such as community banks, mid-sized manufacturers, and regional health systems, and that it will also become a member of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network.
